  • Espresso: 2 Shots of espresso. No espresso? No problem! You can sub 1 1/4 cup of your favorite iced coffee.
  • Coconut/Chocolate Shreds: These shreds are aesthetically pleasing, and they make for nice added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup almond milk creamer
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp coconut shreds optional

Instructions

  • Pour the melted chocolate into a chilled glass. Rotate the glass clockwise so the entire bottom is covered with chocolate. Place the glass in the fridge & allow the chocolate to harden.
  • In a small cup, mix together the espresso, coconut extract, and cocoa powder.
  • Take the chilled glass out of the fridge & fill the glass with ice. Pour the espresso mix over the ice.
  • Pour the almond creamer over the iced coffee. Mix & enjoy!
