The Best Tasting Bark:
Traditional chocolate bark is melted chocolate spread out with nuts, granola, dried fruit, and other fun toppings sprinkled on top. Instead of consuming all of that chocolate, this recipe has a sweet tasting greek yogurt base. The best part about using plain greek yogurt is playing with the flavors you can add to it. We added 1 tsp of strawberry extract and honey to sweeten up the base flavor. Not only that, we topped this bark off with strawberries, chocolate, and granola. This is definitely a healthier substitute to chocolate bark, while still enjoying the best chocolate.
If you’re craving more chocolate, blend 1 tbsp of cocoa powder with 1/2 tsp of vanilla to the base for a chocolate-based yogurt!
