Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

baking soda

butter

cup
brown sugar

egg
1
Zora's Rose Flower Chocolate Bar chopped

cup
freeze dried raspberries chopped

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar together for 1-2 minutes. Add in the egg & vanilla.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt until everything is combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and dried raspberries. Seal the dough & refrigerate it for 2-48 hours.
Roll the cookie dough into 1-2 inch balls. Lay them out on a cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart. Press in small pieces of chocolate on top of the dough.
Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes. Let the cookies settle for 8-10 minutes & enjoy!
