Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Zora's Rose Flower Chocolate Bar chopped
  • ½ cup freeze dried raspberries chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar together for 1-2 minutes. Add in the egg & vanilla.
  • Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt until everything is combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and dried raspberries. Seal the dough & refrigerate it for 2-48 hours.
  • Roll the cookie dough into 1-2 inch balls. Lay them out on a cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart. Press in small pieces of chocolate on top of the dough.
  • Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes. Let the cookies settle for 8-10 minutes & enjoy!
