Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup brown butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, sugar, eggs, greek yogurt, and vanilla together. Mix until fully combined.
  • Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & espresso powder and mix until evenly combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Top off with more chocolate chips (or add a melted chocolate drizzle).
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes
  • Let the loaf cool for 15-30 minutes. Slice & enjoy!
