- 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1/2 cup brown butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, sugar, eggs, greek yogurt, and vanilla together. Mix until fully combined.
Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & espresso powder and mix until evenly combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Top off with more chocolate chips (or add a melted chocolate drizzle).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes
Let the loaf cool for 15-30 minutes. Slice & enjoy!
