It’s safe to say that blondies are some-what the non-chocolate version of brownies. Right? This recipe came on a day we wanted a cookie and a brownie in one. These chocolate chip cookie blondies are so chewy and buttery. You’ll only need one bowl for this treat. Plus it’s made with Sunflower Butter.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Blondies?
Chocolate chip cookies are the best! There’s no doubt about it. If you could have an inside out brownie, it would probably look like these chocolate chip cookie blondies. Chocolate flavors in little pockets throughout the whole pan. These blondies tastes just like your classic chocolate chip cookies. Much chewier than a cake, and super easy to cut and store away.
All you need is one large bowl for these blondies. We baked them in a square 8×8 pan (lined with parchment paper of course), but you can use a 9×9 pan too! Even though these blondies are so desirable, let these cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting into them. Once they settle, we promise you’ll have the best tasting blondie bars that you could’ve ever imagined! (top off with more chocolate chips, or melt the chocolate and drizzle them over the blondies).
