No-Bake Chocolate Almond Bars
These are bars are high in protein, gluten free, vegan & flavorful!
Servings: 8 bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 2 tsp almond milk
Instructions
- Line a nonstick loaf pan with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, toss the almond butter, almond flour, maple syrup, chopped almonds, & coconut oil together. Mix well.
- Evenly spread out almond butter mix into the pan. Press until it's fully even in the pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips & almond milk together. Mix until a smooth consistency forms.
- Pour the chocolate evenly over the almond butter mix.
- Place the pan in the freezer for 90 minutes.
- Cut the almond bars & top with flaky sea salt.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week!
