Summer calls for a new pantry, fridge, and freezer refresh with seasonal essentials. Whether you’re whipping up a quick salad, snack board, or reaching for cool snack on a hot day the right staples on hand make all the difference. Here are my must-haves I’m keeping stocked in my kitchen all summer long.

Graza Sizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil

dressings

I love a good bougie item in my pantry – and this is it. A great olive oil dip for you bread platter, dressing base in a salad, or drizzled on top of pizza.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams

Ice cream

Not only can you get the best ice cream in their scoop shops, but I snuggle a pint or two into my freezer when I can. This flavor is a butter cake-flavor with cream cheese and caramel-butterscotch sauce.

Fruit Riot

To say I’m addicted to these is an understatement. This has definitely been my go-to snack lately (the pineapple pack is sitting in my freezer right now). Reminiscent of a cool sour patch kid (more on the sour side), I can always grab these when I’m wanting a mid-day healthier snack option. Sour, sweet, nutritious, and incredibly tasty.

Olipop

strawberry vanilla + tropical punch + peaches & Cream

Olipop is truly the OG when it comes to probiotic drinks. A bubbly refresher that’s sweet on your taste buds and gut. With tons over incredible flavors (and counting), you can bet on Strawberry Vanilla, Tropical Punch, and Peaches & Cream to be stocked in my fridge and pantry all summer.

Khloud Popcorn

white cheddar

Though I’m not a fan of the Olive Oil/Sea Salt or the Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, the white cheddar is stocked in my pantry for an easy & tasty protein-powered snack. Read our full Khloud Review here.

Kefir

probiotics

Goodbye Kombucha. See ya later Coconut Cult. Kefir has done more for my gut than any supplement. Not noted for it’s incredible taste – reminiscent of sour cream, but it gets the job done. I toss about 1 cup into my smoothies for a nice kick of protein & probiotics. My gut has never been happier.
