Boxed Brownies!
I don’t care what anyone says…boxed brownies are unmatched. They’re super easy, perfectly made, and the flavors are absolutely out of this world.
The most important part of this recipe is the boxed mix. Follow the instructions to the T according to your pan size. We made this recipe with a 9×9 square pan, making our bake time was for 30-35 minutes. If you insert a toothpick and a bit of chocolate batter comes out, that’s PERFECT. Your brownies are done & you’ll have that gooey goodness that we all love!
Cheesecake Brownie Lovin’
I kid you not, I wasn’t a fan of cheesecake growing up–and I’m still not a fan. But every once in a while, a tasty swirl satiates my sweet tooth! These brownies are elevated to a whole other level of goodness with this swirl. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and beat it on medium speed until everything is combined, and the mixture is slightly frothy. Spread out 1/2 of the brownie batter and dollop the cream cheese throughout the pan. Lastly, use a knife to swirl around the batter and add some Oreos to top it off!
