Let’s talk greek yogurt! You know and love greek yogurt for breakfast, in our baked desserts–but what about a healthy mid-day treat? This recipe is a fun twist on your classic chocolate bark! Chocolate bark is a slab of chocolate topped off with nuts, candy pieces, dried fruit, coconut shreds, and many more toppings. This recipe is just that, but with a healthy greek yogurt base. Say goodbye to those extra calories, and hello to a super yummy way to enjoy that chocolate bark! This Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark has a strawberry base and it’s topped off with honey granola, strawberry slices, and pieces of chocolate (so you can still enjoy that chocolate feel)! We’re using Chocolate from one of our favorite chocolate companies, Zora!
Strawberry & Chocolate Favorites:

Zora Chocolate
Zora is the hottest chocolate bar company on the block! They are female-founded & based on the idea of: if chocolate can mean so much to the people who eat it, shouldn’t it empower those who help produce it, too? Inspired by equality, inclusivity, and meaningful connection, ZORA’s purpose is to make chocolate which speaks to your heart and nourishes your soul! Every bar you buy helps to support their Women’s Economic Empowerment Program and fund one day of schooling for a girl in rural Ghana. Not only can you enjoy a good chocolate bar, but you can also support their mission. We’ve partnered with them to create the tastiest Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark using their Fleur de Sel Bar. It’s described as: Savory meets sweet in this indulgent blend of rich, smooth chocolate and fleur de sel crystal chunks, enhancing the herbal notes in the profile. The Best Tasting Bark:
Traditional chocolate bark is melted chocolate spread out with nuts, granola, dried fruit, and other fun toppings sprinkled on top. Instead of consuming all of that chocolate, this recipe has a sweet tasting greek yogurt base. The best part about using plain greek yogurt is playing with the flavors you can add to it. We added 1 tsp of strawberry extract and honey to sweeten up the base flavor. Not only that, we topped this bark off with strawberries, chocolate, and granola. This is definitely a healthier substitute to chocolate bark, while still enjoying the best chocolate.
If you’re craving more chocolate, blend 1 tbsp of cocoa powder with 1/2 tsp of vanilla to the base for a chocolate-based yogurt!

Key Ingredients:
Greek Yogurt: Our base for this recipe. We used Chobani Plain Yogurt (substitute any other flavor of yogurt)

Strawberry Extract: Adds a strawberry flavor to the greek yogurt. Substitute strawberry greek yogurt.
Strawberries: Slice your strawberries and toss it all over the yogurt.
